Job Description

Lead the development of end-to-end machine learning workflows to meet the company's business needs.
Ensure alignment between data analysis outcomes, proposed solutions, and overall business objectives.
Guide the selection and implementation of new machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven problem solving.
Coordinate analytics systems and predictive models to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate the performance of data-driven products as part of business solution development.
Drive the adoption and utilization of AI technologies to support informed business decision-making.
Ensure environmental impact, risk assessments, and operational risk controls are properly defined and implemented within the department.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles.
Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics.
Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau).
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for solving complex problems.
Willing to work from our Head Office in Mampang.
