Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive technology solutions that address complex client needs. This role will work closely with clients, the BD team, and Tech/Product teams to turn business opportunities into sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle and achieve business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Lead negotiations and structure high-value partnerships and commercial agreements.
• Understand client challenges and translate them into relevant technology and digital solutions.
• Lead, coach, and empower the Business Development team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to assess solution feasibility and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and implement scalable business development processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and commercial strategies for C-Level stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in IT, software, SaaS, or technology-related industries.
• At least 4 years of experience leading or managing a Business Development/Sales team.
• Strong business network and industry connections, particularly in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
• Good understanding of SDLC, SaaS business models, digital transformation, and technology trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage C-Level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-autonomy environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools for creating business reports, data models, and presentations.
